Performance and ERF Performance tabs
Selecting the Performance and ERF Performance tabs shows you how many of the included events met your service's defined response target
Performance
This tab shows the percentage of considered events that met the total response time goal set up for your agency. Targets and included responses will vary by implementation. In general, it includes the first on-scene response to an emergent incident that had the correct equipment. Contact your analyst if you have questions about what responses and targets are included in this tab.
ERF Performance
Responses included in this tab are the responses where the nth staff member arrived on scene, where n is the target number of staff designated to create an effective response force by your agency. The performance percentage is the number of those responses that met the defined ERF total response time. Note that this does not include events where the number of staff on scene should have reached an ERF level.
