The process to get the API key for the Fire Incidents API is:
- Reach out to your ESO rep to have Darkhorse Emergency added as a 3rd party vendor to your Fire Incidents (NERIS) module.
- Once added, go into settings > API Management > Subscriptions. Darkhorse Emergency should show up as a section with a primary and secondary key.
- Securely send Darkhorse the primary API key. Please ask your analyst if you need assistance in finding a secure way to send the API key.
