Accessing the Platform
The Darkhorse Emergency Platform can be accessed at: darkhorse.app
How you log in will depend on whether your department uses a standard email/password setup or Single Sign-On (SSO).
Email & Password Access
When you are first added to the platform, you’ll receive an email with a temporary password (valid for 7 days). Check your spam/junk folders if you don’t see the email.
Use your email address and the temporary password to log in. You’ll be prompted to create a new password for future use.
Single Sign-On (SSO) Access
If your department has enabled SSO, you will not receive a temporary password. Go to the login page and enter your email address. You will be redirected to your SSO provider’s verification page to complete login.
If you cannot log in, contact your IT department to confirm you’ve been added to the Darkhorse Emergency user group in your SSO configuration.
Initial Access
When you are first granted access to the platform, the specific apps or modules available to you may depend on the current stage of the implementation process. We like to provide access as early as possible so you can begin exploring the system and confirming that any customizations we’re making align with your expectations. As the project progresses and additional components are configured, more features will become available.
